Dough Separator/Board Scraper

A flat dough scraper made in Germany. The smooth, oiled beechwood scrapes sticky dough cleanly off a work surface, divides a single batch into portions, and transfers cut shapes to a baking sheet without breaking them.

For bread bakers proofing on the counter, pastry makers dividing chilled dough, or anyone who wants a clean surface between rolling out batches. Hand-wash and air-dry.
