Beechwood Pasta Dryer

A beechwood pasta-drying rack made in Germany, built so fresh pasta strands can hang and dry without sticking or needing to be turned. The dryer disassembles for storage between uses.

For drying fresh tagliatelle, spaghetti, pappardelle, or any long pasta you've cut by hand. Hang the strands across the wooden dowels and let air circulate.
