Preorders
Our current Preorder Collection ships May
Preordering with Faire Living is simple and ensures you get first access to our most anticipated, small batch items. When you preorder, you’re securing your piece before it arrives, with an estimated shipping date clearly stated on the product page. Once your preorder is placed, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your item so you’re always in the know.
Existing Store Credit
When using store credit, the balance will be automatically applied to your order during checkout. If your total order value is less than the amount of store credit available, the remaining balance will be stored for future use. However, if your order exceeds your store credit, the remaining balance will need to be paid using another payment method.
Please note that once store credit is fully used, it cannot be reinstated or refunded. If you have any questions or need assistance with using your store credit, our customer care team is always happy to help!
QUALICUM STORE CREDIT/GIFT CARDS
We are happy to let you know that any store credit or gift card balances from our original Qualicum location can be used both online and in our new Calgary store. Whether you’re shopping from the comfort of your home or visiting us in person, you can apply your remaining balance towards your purchase.

NEW STORE RELOCATION
We are thrilled to announce that Faire Living is moving to a new location in Calgary! While we’ll always cherish our time in Qualicum Beach, we’re excited to open the doors of our new flagship store in the heart of Inglewood, Calgary, in a beautiful 124-year-old heritage brick building.
This new space will allow us to offer an expanded collection of home decor, furnishings, slow fashion, and more, while continuing to support artisans from around the world. We can’t wait to share this next chapter with you and invite you to come visit us in person once we open this May.
In the meantime, our online store is still open, and we’re happy to continue offering the same friendly customer service you’ve come to know and love.
