Shipping

PROCESSING TIMES

All in-stock orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Preorders

Our current preorder collection is scheduled to ship within the month of May. Please see individual listings for our estimated ship out date. Once your order is placed, please allow up to the estimated ship out date for us to fulfill and ship your items. We will keep you updated on the status of your preorder and notify you should there be any delays.

Returns & Exchanges
PREORDERS

Please note that all preorder sales are final. Once your order is placed, we are unable to offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. We appreciate your understanding as we work to fulfill your special order and get your items to you as quickly as possible. Should you have any questions before placing a preorder, don’t hesitate to reach out – we're happy to assist you.

U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL DUTY & TAXES

For U.S. and international orders, no taxes are charged at checkout. Please be aware that any applicable taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by the relevant authorities or courier upon delivery.

Will Tariffs Impact My Order?

As of March 25th, 2025, tariffs will not impact any products offered on our website. We deeply value our US customers and community, and we’ll continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure that we can provide a seamless shopping experience.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via CanadaPost and UPS, ensuring that all shipping methods include tracking for your peace of mind.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re happy to offer shipping options to Canada, the U.S, and the UK directly at checkout. For all other countries, please reach out to our customer service team and provide details about the items you wish to purchase and your shipping address. We’ll be happy to provide you with shipping options and rates tailored to your location.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, we offer both Standard and Express shipping options. If you require a faster delivery option than those available at checkout, our customer service team is happy to assist you in finding the best shipping solution.

I Need to Change My Order Before It Ships

If you notice a mistake or need to make changes to your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’re happy to assist you in correcting any errors or making adjustments to your order. While we aim to fulfill orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate changes as long as your order hasn’t already been processed for shipping.

Please note that Faire Living is not held liable for mistakes made to an order or shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If a correction is required, an additional charge may apply.

To make a change, please reach out to us with your order number and details of the change you’d like to make. We’ll confirm whether the change can be made and update your order accordingly.

If your order has already been processed and is on its way to you, we will assist you with our returns and exchanges process once your item arrives.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within your estimated arrival window, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Carriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes. For the best experience and to avoid any delivery delays, we recommend shipping to a residential or business address. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipping address, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
