To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds/exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. We must receive the item back in-store within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns received after this date cannot be processed.
If the wrong size/style of item was sent to you, we will process your exchange right away & cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns we do not refund or credit the initial shipping cost & return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
American & International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border from their return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable & sealed food items, all fashion accessories (including jewelry, hats, scarves, bags & shoes), fabric/textile goods (including blankets, rugs & pillows), skincare, haircare, beauty products, home fragrance including candles, essential oils, reed diffusers & perfumes.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your store credit will be awarded in the form of a gift card which can be used in-store or online. We do not give cash refunds.
