Faire Living is a home and lifestyle store rooted in everyday beauty, conscious production, and a love of things made well.
Physically, our brick and mortar shop is situated in Calgary, Canada—inside a 1901 heritage building with the Rocky Mountains on one side and the winding Bow River on the other.
But the heart of Faire Living stretches much farther: into the sunlit studios of British potters, the block print houses of Jaipur’s textile makers, the hands of African basket weavers, and the workshops of numerous artisans around the world.
OUR BEGINNINGS
After decades in the fashion and home décor industry, Catherine and Rebekah founded Faire Living out of a deep appreciation for artisan goods—and from the realization that transparent, well-made pieces were becoming harder to find.
With Catherine’s background in fibre art and textile design, and Rebekah’s past in jewelry design, Faire Living is the expression of their shared respect for the makers and stories behind everyday goods. United by a belief in honesty and transparency, they created a space where beauty and fairness live side by side.

OUR VALUES
At Faire Living, we believe the objects in our homes should carry meaning, not just function. Our philosophy is simple: beauty and fairness belong together. Every piece we bring into our collection is chosen with equal care for how it looks, how it’s made, and who it supports.
We honour traditional craftsmanship, preserve artisan skills, and partner directly with makers to ensure dignity, transparency, and sustainability at every step. By doing so, we make it effortless for you to choose goods that last, that tell a story, and that create a home rooted in connection.
Faire Living exists to show that ethical living doesn’t have to be complicated—it can be inspiring, timeless, and deeply human.
OUR PEOPLE
At Faire Living, we support the work of hundreds of artisans across over 40 countries, each bringing their craft, culture, and story to our curated collections.
