German Angel Ornaments
Each petite angel ornament begins as a single block of lime wood, slowly carved by Seiffen artisans whose skill descends from Germany's 15th-century Folk Art tradition.
With care and intention, the figure takes shape, each holding a hand-formed instrument of a trumpet, French horn, or trombone—heralding the joy and peace of the season with quiet grace.
Sold individually. Selected ornament will be one of the three styles shown.

German Angel Ornaments
Seiffen woodworkers
When the silver mines of the Erzgebirge shut down in the 1700s, families turned their lathes to toys and ornaments, and a world famous folk tradition was born.
Today these pieces are still made by hand in small, family run woodshops, many of them carrying the craft forward exactly as their parents taught them.FROM OUR COMMUNITY
The quality of every single item is incredible, and the staff is absolutely lovely!
