Fig & Port by Zotter Chocolate

Made with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz , a dark port ganache and bits of fig marinated in port, which pop up as a fruity and excitingly crunchy surprise. It’s covered in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content, which is sweetened with maple sugar.
