Part of our Vintage Collection, all sales final.
A timeless staple of the French kitchen, this traditional oil cruet by Poterie Renault reflects generations of thoughtful utility and enduring craftsmanship. Formed by skilled potters using grey clay sourced from Burgundy, its softly rounded silhouette, curved handle, and angled spout are designed for effortless, controlled pouring at the table or stovetop.
Finished in Renault’s signature salt glaze, the surface becomes naturally vitrified, creating a durable, non-porous finish while allowing subtle tonal variations that make each piece quietly one-of-a-kind. Produced by the historic Poterie Renault workshops, which operated from 1847 to 2010, these newly discovered pieces carry forward a legacy of French culinary tradition — designed, tested, and loved across generations.
Hand-wash recommended. Oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. To avoid temperature crazing, allow the piece to come to room temperature before moving between hot and cold environments.
Orders are thoughtfully packed and typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. We offer flat-rate ground and expedited shipping within Canada, the contiguous United States, and the United Kingdom.
