This petite oven-safe dish is inspired by the classic brioche mold—a nod to the light, sweet breads of France.
Each piece is made from red earthenware using a traditional Japanese kohiki technique, where white clay is brushed over the surface before being finished with a transparent or tinted glaze. The result is a soft, powdery texture with subtle variations that evoke a handmade, lived-in feel.
Made for more than just brioche, this charming piece is perfect for baking individual portions—whether sweet or savoury—or for serving appetizers, condiments, or small bites with beauty and intention.
Oils may gradually be absorbed due to the porous nature of earthenwares. Wash immediately after each use and let it dry completely before storing to prevent stains.
Orders are thoughtfully packed and typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. We offer flat-rate ground and expedited shipping within Canada, the contiguous United States, and the United Kingdom.
In-store pick up is available to our Inglewood shop during business hours.
