This classic oval baking dish is formed using traditional techniques and grey Burgundy clay, finished in a softly variegated salt glaze. Produced in a historic French workshop operating from 1847 to 2010, these newly “found” pieces offer a tangible connection to generations of French culinary tradition.

Ideal for roasting, baking, or serving, its excellent heat retention and understated beauty make it a true kitchen essential.

Hand-wash recommended. Oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. To avoid temperature crazing, allow the piece to come to room temperature before moving between hot and cold environments.
