A fluted ceramic baking mould crafted in Seto, Japan, modelled on the traditional Alsatian kouglof tin.
Hand-finished with deep vertical flutes, a central pillar, and a smooth glazed interior that releases cleanly. Ideal for a kouglof or bundt cake, a savoury baked pasta in ring form, or as a presentation mould for set custards, drawing on the patisserie traditions of Alsace translated into Japanese ceramic.
