A beechwood pastry brush made in Germany; a 2-inch head of light natural bristle on an untreated beech handle.

The 22 cm length covers more surface in one pass, sized for larger pastry projects.

For brushing oil across the surface of focaccia, glazing a row of croissants, or basting roast vegetables in a sheet pan. Hand-wash and air-dry to keep the bristles soft.
