Preordering with Faire Living is simple and ensures you get first access to our most anticipated, small batch items. When you preorder, you’re securing your piece before it arrives, with an estimated shipping date clearly stated on the product page. Once your preorder is placed, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your item so you’re always in the know.

Ordering & Payment
For preorders, payment is charged at the time of the order. Once your order is placed, we process your payment and put your items in production with our artisan partners.
Canceling or modifying your preorder
Once a preorder is placed, we begin working with our artisan partners to create the items in your order and to specifically reserve the item for you, so it cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before confirming your preorder. However, if you have any concerns or questions about your preorder, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

While this date reflects when we expect the item to arrive and be shipped out, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to shipping or production timelines with our artisan partners. Combining Preorders with instock items
You can place a combined order that includes both preordered and in-stock items. However, unless specified otherwise, all items in the order will be shipped together once the preorder items are available. If you'd like the in-stock items to ship separately, please place two separate orders or contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.
NOTIFICATIONS
If there is any change or delay in your estimated shipping time, our customer service team will notify you via email with an updated ship date. Once your preorder is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking details.
