Currently, we are shipping all orders with Canada Post.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order & chosen delivery method.

Orders over $200 CAD ship free via Canada Post Standard with Tracking & Insurance.

We use calculated shipping rates based on total order weight with Canada Post to determine the shipping cost.

For reference, small to medium sized orders ship within Canada for an average of $12-$25 dollars.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces, the Contiguous United States & Hawaii.

For our local clients, we are happy to offer contactless pick-up of your order from our Qualicum Beach store.

Orders must be placed before 3pm for same day pick-up.

For in-stock items, your order will be wrapped & ready for pick-up within 2 hours (Mon.-Sat. during business hours only).

Orders placed outside of business hours will be available the following business day.

Your order will be held for 5 business days in store while awaiting pickup. If you have not contacted us for an extension before the 5 business days are over, the item(s) will be restocked & a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Add the desired itmes to your cart online & select the free "Curbside Pick-Up" option at checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by email when it is ready for pick-up. Please follow the included instructions.

We do our best to pack & ship orders the same day we receive them. As such, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us right away. 

Applicable items can be returned for exchange or store credit. Returns must be initiated prior to January 7.

You can return your item up to 7 days after purchase.

We must receive the item back in-store within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns received after this date cannot be processed.

We do not refund or credit the initial shipping cost.

If your order has arrived damaged or you have received the incorrect item, send us a message at faireliving@gmail.com as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll handle the rest!

Pre-Ordering allows you to reserve a popular items before they becomes available.

Our Pre-Order items will always have an estimated ship date on their product listing.

Once the item arrives into our inventory, you will be notified that it has either shipped or is available for pickup.
