A NOTE ON HANDMADE:
Due to kiln firing and the nature of clay and hand-glazed pieces, subtle variations may occur from item to item. Pinholes, tiny dark specs within the clay, or the occasional glaze drip on the bottom of the piece are not considered a defect but a true testament to each piece's handcrafted nature and the natural characteristics of pottery. With that said, your joy when receiving any piece from our store is our highest priority. Tanvi Arora was born and raised in Dubai, UAE and worked for over a decade as an interior designer working primarily in the design and execution of 4 & 5 star hotels around the world. She has worked with various operators such as Hyatt, Accor, Marriott, Kerzner, Jumeirah, among others.
In 2018, along with moving 7000 miles from home, she also decided it was time to follow in the foot steps of the many generations in her family, and take the plunge and start her own business. Fueled by drive, ambition, and a passion for design, TAV Ceramics was born in 2019.
What started as a hobby, turned into a side hustle and has eventually turned into a thriving business with the mission to create a simpler, more meaningful experience with everyday objects.
Delivery is free for Canadian orders over $150 (before applicable taxes).
We ship all orders via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your total order weight & shipping address. On average, Standard shipping within Canada will be between $12-$20 CAD. Canada Post Expedited & Xpresspost options are also available.
In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 2-7 business days for Canada & 5-10 to the United States.
We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces & Territories, the Contiguous United States & Hawaii. For shipping to all other countries, please contact us prior to placing your order & we will provide applicable shipping options for you.
You can return your product for exchange or store credit within 5 business days of receiving your order.
